This hold offer many different ways that you can use it such as, you can hang a couple of balls holds on a bar or in your nearest park and transfer from one hold to another, and also you can jump from one to another. The candle hold can be used as a pulling tool. you can hang them over a bar and do many different pull ups variations like pull ups, eccentric pull ups, one arm pull up. you can work on your lock offs as well. This hold can be used as a dead hang tool as well the holds are light so you can take them in your gym bag to your local gym and connect the holds to the pulley machine and do pulling exercise using the holds..
